Shipping Policy
Shipping Areas: Timesofmobile ships products to almost all parts of India, operating on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.
Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all items via First Flight Courier and DTDC Priority Express. If your location is not covered by First Flight or DTDC, we will ship via Speed Post.
Dispatch Time: Most products are dispatched within 24 hours of order placement, except on public holidays and Sundays. Certain products may have different dispatch times; please check the "Additional Information" tab on the product page for specific details.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- For areas serviced by reputed couriers, delivery is expected within 2 to 4 business days after shipping (excluding Sundays and holidays).
- For areas not serviced by couriers, products will be shipped through the Indian Postal Service and may take 4-8 days, depending on the location.
International Shipping: Currently, we do not deliver to locations outside India.
Tracking Packages: You will receive an email with the courier company name and tracking number for your consignment. If you do not receive this email within 72 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear online after the package is scanned by the courier company.
Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address to facilitate faster delivery.
