Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation Requests:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order.
- Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
- No cancellations are entertained for products with discount offers.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- For damaged or defective consumer durable items and non-durable items like mobile phone accessories, tablet accessories, etc., please report to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
- The request will be considered once the merchant has checked and verified the issue.
- Discrepancies with Product Expectations:
- If the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, contact our Customer Service by email within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
- Products with Manufacturer Warranty:
- For products with a manufacturer warranty, please refer to the manufacturer for issues.
Returns & Replacement
To ensure an excellent shopping experience on timesofmobile.com, we offer a "No Questions Asked" Return Policy within 15 days of receiving the order.
- Returning Unopened Items:
- Customers may return any unopened item in its original packaging for a refund.
- Guaranteed Replacement or Money Back:
- We offer a guaranteed replacement or money back on all products if found with a manufacturing defect, wrong color, wrong size, or wrong item, provided the issue is reported within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be sent back within 7 days and received by us within 15 days.
- The terms of warranty and replacement are governed by the manufacturer and timesofmobile.com, and we will ensure an immediate replacement if possible.
- International Returns:
- Due to import and export regulations and restrictions, we are unable to extend our returns policy for items sourced outside of India.
Return Process
- Contact Customer Care:
- Before initiating a return, please contact our Customer Care team. Note that we do not arrange courier pick-up for returns. We will instruct you on the return process.
- Inspecting Shipments:
- Before accepting the shipment, ensure that the packaging from timesofmobile.com or its partners is not damaged or tampered with. If it is, refuse the delivery and contact customer care with your order ID handy.
- Reporting Damaged Orders:
- If the order is delivered in a damaged condition or contents are missing, inform timesofmobile.com within 24-48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will relieve us of any liability to replace the order.
- Returning Incorrect Products:
- Opened packages will be accepted for returns only if an incorrect product has been shipped to you.
- Refunds:
- We will refund the cost of the returned item. Refunds are available only for products ordered from the timesofmobile.com website.
- Products must be returned within 15 days from the receipt of the shipment. They should be sent back within 7 days of receipt, and received by us within 15 days.
- No returns are accepted after 15 days from the date of delivery.
